The content should address unions, discrimination and equal opportunity, sexual harassment, employee benefits, social security, termination and layoffs, the WARN Act, the Hart Scott Rodino Act, protected classes, OSHA, executive compensation and minimum wage. The content should mainly address common practices in these areas, with reference to important laws as necessary. The content should be written in simple business language, as the target audience is businesspeople who are not native English speakers. The content will also likely be translated into other languages. The most important qualities for the content are clarity, simplicity, comprehensiveness and accuracy.
